Flynt 0.13.0

This release adds selective Apple Notes migration on macOS and hardens Flynt's document and visual-artifact boundaries.

Highlights

• Browse Apple Notes metadata, select unlocked notes, review Markdown previews, and explicitly copy them into the active project.
• Preserve source identity and timestamps so repeated imports skip known notes.
• Keep TOML and YAML frontmatter intact during body edits and contain document writes to the project root.
• Resolve Excalidraw, design-board, and flow wrappers through a shared visual-artifact boundary.
• Reject debug or stale-asset coworker packages before distribution.

Cross-Mac sync posture

Flynt projects remain ordinary folders. For same-iCloud testing, place the project in iCloud Drive and open that same folder on each Mac after Finder reports it downloaded. Use one writer at a time during the first validation pass.

This is intentionally not presented as a Flynt conflict-free sync engine. iCloud performs file replication; conflict copies and simultaneous edits remain visible filesystem events that the operator must reconcile.

Known Apple Notes limits

• macOS only.
• Copy-only, selected-note import—not background synchronization.
• Locked notes are skipped.
• Attachment metadata is reported, but binary attachment copying is deferred.
